Personal Identification details
Your personal identification details are used to process your order, customised your profile information, update your status of online shopping and also to update you with our latest news, promotion and events.
Your personal information such as credit card details, bank account numbers will be kept secret and confidential with us. We will never share any of your personal contents without giving prior notice to our customer.
We will apply appropriate security application in order to prevent the leaking customer’s personal identification details from third parties, illegal disclosure and hackers. However, kindly bear in mind that information transmitted through internet is not 100% guaranteed safe and secure.
Return & Refund
Items that are in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns will be accepted if notify us within:
- 7 days from arrival of package for local delivery.
- 30 days from arrival of package for overseas delivery.
You will be refunded in the form of cash through online banking system same with the value of items bought. An email notification will be sent to you once the payment has been made. Refund normally takes 3 - 5 working days.
Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are returnable and exchangeable subject to stock availability. Items that are damaged, marked or altered is not acceptable and will be sent back to the customer.
Our working hours are on weekdays from 9am to 6pm except Public Holidays. Emails sent outside these hours will be replied on the next working day. Rest assured any enquiries will be answered.
You may process returns and exchange through your nearest post office.
For all orders with missing, defect or wrong item, email us again at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org with your order# using subject header "Missing, Defect & Wrong". You may call us at +6018 – 213 0860. We will advise you accordingly.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer and we are not liable until item reaches our office.
Cancellation by Customer (Faulty Product)
All product descriptions, information and materials posted in the website are provided 'as is' and without warranties express, implied or otherwise howsoever arising.
Product image as seen on the Site may slightly differ from the actual product that you receive.
If the item you receive is faulty, please contact our Online Department team and provide your order number, details of the product and reason for return, whether you require a refund or a replacement.
Upon receiving the product, we will examine it and we will advise you on the status of the replacement or refund (if any) via email as soon as possible.
In the event the product returned is not faulty, we may at our discretion decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the product and/or we may require you to pay all reasonable delivery costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees.
